How much does the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping in the United States on all our orders.
How long does the shipping takes?
We do our best to process and dispatch the order in 3-4 business days from the date of your order confirmation email.
Orders usually take between 7 to 14 business days to be delivered.

Please note: Due to the global impact of COVID-19, orders may run into unexpected delays.

Where do we ship from?

Each Diamond Painting kit, Paint By Numbers kit, Paper Quilling kit, Paint By Numbers Puzzles, 3D Puzzles needs to be made on-demand as you order. When you order a kit, it is made in art production and exhibition centers in China and some other countries in Asia. 

Note: Every Diamond Painting kit, Paint By Numbers kit, Paper Quilling kit, Paint By Numbers Puzzles, 3D Puzzles you see online is produced only in China and some other countries in Asia. It is not produced anywhere else in the world. This is due to the high cost of the machines used to produce every picture with its components separately.

What courier service we use for shipping?
Once the kit is ready, we ship it with reliable shipping companies and your package is delivered by USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number. We provide outstanding customer support and total transparency about your order status. We’ll email you your tracking number as soon as it’s available.

What is our return and refund policy?
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How do I cancel my order?
If you just made an order and would like to cancel it, contact us by email at support@kraftareena.com, and we will help you process this cancellation, but $5 will be charged as refunding fee.
All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 40% production and administration fee because the order will be already under production.
While we will do our best to help you cancel your order, please note that products that have already been produced and shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.
